Our factory is located in Old Yanbu Road - New Concrete Industrial. The proximity of the site to our customers helped us meet all their needs in a short time, with speed, accuracy, and distinction.
Our production capacity is (4000 m3 \ day), which enables us to execute large projects efficiently, professionally, and meet the needs of all our customers.

Our factory depends on the prefabricated concrete system of the ALKON prefabricated mixing system instead of dry mixing.
Therefore, we provided the central batching plants with a special Mixer to mix the materials. The Mixer was connected to a computer system connected to high Weighing electronic scales to ensure the quality of the ready-mix and it contains the quantities suitable for the mixture itself.
The factory has four Batching plants equipped with five silos for cement storage, in addition to a separate silo for MICROSILICA and FLYASH.
The capacity of the silo is (200 tons) and thus the production capacity reaches (180 m3/h).
In order to enhance the transparency and credibility of our customers, the system automatically prints the mixed materials in detail and attached a copy with each concrete's vehicle to make our customers fully aware of the mixing materials.

Components of the mixture
These components are produced from various types of crusher stone. The locations of these crushers have been chosen according to a geological study by experts specialized in this field in order to supply the company with the needs of the crushed stone with different types and sizes according to the standards and specifications and with production capacity that is sufficient to cover the company›s long term needs
The factory contains a device for cooling water to be used in the mixing process to maintain concrete specifications and quality and to ensure that it reaches the site at an appropriate temperature according to the standard specifications and conditions.
The company owns (six) giant tanks to store pure water, each with a capacity of (150,000 liters), which is used in the manufacture of concrete after it has been cooled.

We believe in the preservation of the environment and the quality of our products. Ice plant production with a storage capacity of up to (50 tons) has been set up for use in reducing the temperature of the concrete and ensuring its access to the site according to the standard specifications despite the high temperatures at different times of the year
We have a Sand Washing Machine to supply the company with washed sand, where sand is washed in four stages and gives high quality and ensure free from impurities and dusty planks

Ready-Mix Concrete Trucks
The company owns a wide range of Mixer Trucks (50 mixers) which are used to transport ready-mix concrete from the factory to the work sites.
These mixers vary in capacity from (10 m3) to (12 m3) as follows:
- (30) mixers truck with a capacity of (12 m3) of the kind Mercedes.
- (20) mixers truck with a capacity of (10 m3) of the kind MAN
The company also owns a group of the latest concrete pumps (12 pumps) of different lengths, which operate by the remote control system as follows:
Quality Control and Lab Setup
The company has equipped a laboratory with all the latest equipment. We use modern methods to ensure the quality of ready-made concrete before leaving the factory and during the production process, as well as the possibility of having a laboratory on-site if the customer desires. This is to meet the desire of our customers, gain their trust and ensure the quality of our products. This is the reputation that we have built over the past years and we will always maintain.
Also, the quality laboratory vehicles are equipped with the latest equipment that helps the quality department employees to take samples and keep them for tests later
The factory has its own equipment, fully equipped, quality control laboratory staffed with a plentiful number of employees. The laboratory conducts routine tests to ensure that only the best raw materials are used and the final product is delivered to customers in full compliance with contractual specifications. We have the necessary technical personnel to undergo internal and external testing.
The quality laboratory provides an expanded set of tests that show a statistical analysis of the results of internal and external tests, and monthly reports are issued to the company's management that will help make sound decisions and follow in the footsteps of the continuous development of our company .
Calibration of testing, measurement, and qualification equipment, selection of raw materials sources, updating of technical libraries, technical training, and education provided by specialized experts in this field helps us to fulfill our obligations towards our customers by providing the highest levels of quality and confidence in the company. Moreover, the laboratory works on developing new products for special applications and evaluating newly introduced materials in the manufacturing process.
